Customer Case

When integrations become critical, how Pricka solved It

Pricka case

“Integrations are no longer a nice-to-have, they’re a must-have.”

When SaaS company Pricka saw increasing demand for integrations from the market, they needed to find a more scalable way to connect their system to customers’ ERP systems. By partnering with Lundatech, they can now focus on developing their product—while integrations are no longer a bottleneck in the sales process.

About Pricka

Pricka develops software for finance teams, focusing on two core processes: month-end closing and account reconciliations. Rather than changing how finance teams work, Pricka enables organizations to perform the same tasks faster, more structured, and more efficiently. Their customers span multiple industries, but share a common need: finance departments that require clear processes and strong system support.

“We’re not solving something finance teams don’t already do, we just make it faster, smarter, and more standardized.”
– Mia Lekberg, CEO | Pricka

The Challenge: Integrations Consumed Time and Resources

For many of Pricka’s customers, integrations with ERP systems are a fundamental requirement. Previously, Pricka handled this through their own APIs and manual integration setups. While this worked, it often required ongoing dialogue with each customer’s IT department and consumed resources that could otherwise be spent on product development. At the same time, market expectations were increasing. More and more prospects expected ready-made integrations early in the sales process.

“Integrations are no longer a ‘nice to have.’ Today, they’re a must-have.” It became clear to Pricka that they needed a more scalable way to manage integrations.

The Solution: An Integration Platform

By working with Lundatech, Pricka adopted an integration platform to connect their system to customers’ ERP environments. This means that development and maintenance of integrations are handled outside of Pricka’s core product development. As a result, the team can focus on building their core product, while integrations continue to evolve and be maintained in parallel.

“It’s a huge relief knowing someone else is building, maintaining, and monitoring changes in the ERP systems.” The work is being carried out step by step and includes integrations with several ERP systems, including Fortnox and Business Central.

The Result: Stronger Product and Smoother Sales Dialogues

Although the work is still in an early phase, Pricka is already seeing clear results. Integrations have become a natural part of the product offering, making it easier to meet customer expectations. In sales conversations, integrations are no longer a potential obstacle.

“Many of our prospects require integrations. Now we can confidently say it’s not a problem.” At the same time, the solution allows Pricka to stay focused on what matters most—continuing to improve their core product for finance teams.
“It enables us to offer a better product and ultimately create happier customers.”

A Collaboration That Works

A key success factor has been the close and efficient collaboration between the teams. Regular check-ins ensure the solution evolves continuously as new needs arise.

“I would describe the collaboration as simple, and that means a lot in a project like this.”

What’s Next

Med With more integrations in place, Pricka can continue to expand its offering and meet the growing demand for automated financial processes. At the same time, the company sees ongoing development in the industry, where integrations and automation are becoming increasingly important, and where AI is expected to play a growing role in the future.
