“We’ve implemented business rules in the integration platform that ensure the data is clean and accurate before it even enters the financial system,” says Marie.

“Today, we can let old and new systems coexist, which allows for a smoother and more seamless transition when replacing our core systems,” says David, IT Coordinator at RO Group.

The future: AI and further automation

With the integration platform in place, RO-Gruppen can now focus on innovation and future digitalization.

“We’re already exploring how we can use AI to automate analysis and identify patterns in our projects. The integration platform makes it easier for us to manage and structure our data, which is a prerequisite for AI-driven insights,” says David Almgren, IT Coordinator.
